Zoom Troubleshootings

1. If you have issues with audio hearing or speaking, first check if you are muted or on silent.
2. If you are not muted or silent, check the zoom audio settings, you can find it under zoom settings or on the arrow of the mic icon of the bottom panel to see if you have the correct choice checked. Zoom audio works independent of system audio settings.
