Imagine going to a store and find yourself getting a phone with apple intelligence only to find out that it hasn’t been released yet. Apple, in their WWDC 24 event, says they’re releasing, to apple, is a big deal, apple intelligence. But unfortunately, apple, in the new IOS 18.0 update, says that they haven’t released apple intelligence yet. They say however, that they will be releasing some apple intelligence features on IOS 18.1. But even then, we will have to wait for the apple intelligence-driven siri to arrive on IOS 18.2 and other features to arrive on other later versions of IOS 18. But is it worth it for apple intelligence? Absolutely not, and here’s why.
First of all, apple intelligence won’t be revolutionary. It’ll be just like Samsung Galaxy AI, Google Gemini, MS Copilot, and ChatGPT. It might as well be better to have them instead. Let’s look at this video and think about if the features are similar to other competing AI platforms.
Finally, it is also a waste of money. Apple intelligence only works on apple’s most expensive devices. If a person doesn’t have one of them and really want to get them, since they have apple intelligence, it will cost him/her a lot of money, and that person will probably regret it once he or she has bought it.
In conclusion, it is not worth it for apple intelligence. It isn’t revolutionary, and it’s too expensive. Use other AI platforms like chatGPT.
